• Rotating Elements for Practical Knife Uncapping: The PLUS Set includes two rotating elements with four insertion points, accommodating most standard frame ears (10 x 19.3 mm, 10 x 22.3 mm, 10 x 25.3 mm, 10 x 28.3 mm). This facilitates faster positioning, greater support, and ergonomic uncapping, especially with a heated knife.
• Enhanced Tools: Comes with a serrated knife and an extra-wide uncapping fork with 25 needles, designed for efficient and comfortable use.

Practical Uncapping Methods:

• Traditional Uncapping: Attach the angle plates with arms facing up and slide the holding brackets into place. Uncap with a fork, stacking two Dadant honey super frames or using one Zander, Langstroth, or DN frame.
• Knife Uncapping: Position the frame vertically and use the serrated knife from top to bottom, allowing cappings to fall into the wax pan. Ideal for shorter frames (Dadant honey super, shallow Langstroth, 1/2 and 2/3 Zander). Taller frames (Dadant brood, DN, Zander) can be uncapped using the designated slots in the tool holder.
